Current Position Openings:

Sales Administrator

Duties will be to assist Business Manager, President, sales staff, Project Manager and installation staff, working as part of a team to provide assistance where needed.

Oversee the Order Entry process

  • Verify accuracy of orders and keep track of the status
  • Communicate with the sales staff, project manager and vendors regarding orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors on product delivery
  • Keep accurate records of orders and their status via software system
  • Track warranty or freight claims

Additional Duties

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Assist in coordination of meetings and presentions as needed
  • Responsibilty of maintaining showroom appearance
     and managing the showroom assets
  • Assist in maintaining and updating product resource library
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Build relationships with customers and vendors
  • Communicate daily with remote workers via Skype and phone calls
  • Coordination of social media, marketing communications, customer appreciation gifts

Software:  Industry specific integrated software for Order Entry.  Working knowledge and application of Windows Operating Systems using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Interior Designer/Project Designer

Description:  To increase sales of products and services through the development and presentation of space planning, design, systems and freestanding furniture specifications.  To work closely with our clients to interpret needs and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.  This person is expected to be a contributing and effective team member, through active participation in project team meetings and supporting sales staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • AutoCAD, 2020/CAP, Microsoft Office, etc.


Interior Technician/Office Furniture Installer/Carpentry - Movable Walls

Primary Functions:

  • Installation of commercial interior furniture and furniture systems
  • Installation of commercial interior floor-to-ceiling modular wall systems


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well organized and attention to details
  • Customer service skills and interaction
  • Must be able to professionally represent our company with clientele.  Much of our work is in occupied facilities
  • Must have a mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to work from blueprints, specifications, drawings, and instructions to accurately measure, lay out, and install all types of projects
  • Must be able to demonstrate mathematical skills by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure
  • Proficient with all types of power tools
  • Must be able to drive non CDL- trucks
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 80 lbs.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Construction industry experience very helpful

Additional information:

  • Typical workweek is 7:00 - 3:30.  Some out-of-town overnight travel, weekends, and evening work is occasionally required to complete critical projects.
